Team Leader Positions - Cosmetic Resets

Convergence Marketing is seeking for merchandisers with team leader experience. This individual will lead a team of cosmetic reset representatives and have the following qualifications: 

 

• Previous cosmetic reset experience
• Previous team leader or team assistance experience
• Independent judgment skills are a must
• Must work well independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrate problem solving skills (Ability to problem solve and address unforeseen fixture issues)
• Demonstrates the ability to motivate and lead team members
• Has a POSITIVE ATTITUDE
• Is ON TIME!
• Communicates well with team members and superiors in a positive manner
• Must have an active email address
• Must have the ability to report all assignments online at http://www.convergencemktg.com/ within 24 hours of work completion
• Have dependable transportation

Your weekly schedule will be Monday through Friday during day time hours and you will work with a team of individuals to complete entire cosmetic sections at local retail facilities. Start time 7:30 – 8:00 a.m. The assignment will be approximately 10 weeks in length and you will rotate from store to store location approximately every 5 days in a designated territory.

 

Scope of work includes:

 

• Unload cosmetic fixtures and product during the project
• Store/remove unusable materials as needed
• Remove old/deleted product and dispose of according to project brief
• Move and/or assemble new cosmetic fixtures according to Plano gram
• implement plan-o-grams in all phases to proper coding, allocation of facings, signing and processing of new/discontinued items
• Complete and ensure accurate shelf/product tagging

 

In order to build strong teams and have our teams be successful, team members will be expected to have reliable transportation, a can do attitude, and be willing to stay each day till the job is completed.

 

Pay rate is based on merchandiser's experience.
