Meet Charlie. He is a very lovable guy and gets along great with other dogs. He is neutered and UTD on all vaccs. He would love a family that would keep him forever and take him to the vet for vaccs like he needs every year and check ups. His last family didn't care about Charlie's personal needs. He is such a lovable dog. He plays in his little swimming pool. He loves to run, and would make a great jogging partner.
